CHITTAGONG: A court on Tuesday order to show former lawmaker and city Jamaat-e-Islami chief Shamsul Islam arrested in Juba Lague activist M Hasam killing case.
Chittagong District Judicial magistrate Masud Pervaz handed down the order in presence of the accused after Satkania thana police sought a order on the matter.
District Court inspector Anu Mong Marma confirmed the matter to banglanews.
On May 12, police detained 21 Jamaat men including Shamsul from the party office at the port city.
