DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway showing antipathy in share-price indices on Thursday.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) general index shed over four points minus to stand at 4,289 at 11:05 am.

Trade deals stood at 17298with transaction at Tk 656 million.
    
 Of the issues traded, 123 advanced, 60 declined and 38 remained unchanged.

PTL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 67 million having changed hands during the time.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8,413 by dropping over four points at 11:07 am.

Out of the issues traded, 64 gained, 42 declined and 10 remained unchanged.
