JCX developing luxury condos in Bashundhara R/A 

JCX Development Limited is developing a luxurious condominium housing facility at the Bashundhara Residential Area in Dhaka.

The two buildings of the facility named “Grand Residence” covered 92 kathas of land of JCX in the prestigious neighbourhood in the capital city, said a press release.

A condominium is an ownership regime in which a building is divided into multiple units that are either each separately owned, or owned in common with exclusive rights of occupation by individual owners.

In addition to 132 units, these buildings have 60% open space, children's playground, swimming pool, gymnasium, library, laundry, tennis court, intelligence home, jogging area, community hall, prayer space, barbeque space, reception area and all facilities of modern housing.

The two 16-story buildings have a 50-foot road on either side and a lake behind.

Bashundhara Golf and an International School are located in front of the residential building adjacent to Madani Avenue in I Block (Extension) of Bashundhara Residential Area.

JCX officials hope that the Grand Residence will truly be a haven of peace for the dreamer.

JCX Development Managing Director Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury attended the grand breaking ceremony in the project area on Monday.

Addressing the event, he said that 50% of the Grand Residence project have been sold before commencing the project.

"We will try to deliver the project as soon as possible while maintaining the quality standards," Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury said.

Japanese Creed Group chairman Toshihiko Muneyoshi, managing director Masanobu Kamiyama, JCX Developments partner director Siddiqur Zapaster, managing director Morshed Alam, chief executive officer Arifur Rahman and finance director Muhit Hasan were also present on the occasion.
