DHAKA: The High Court on Monday asked former FBCCI president Anisul Haque to buy shares of two directors of Desh Energy Company with market price.     

An HC single bench of Justice Rezaul Hasan passed the order after a hearing on show cause notice in this regard.

Barrister Akhtaruzzaman Imam, on behalf of the petitioners, moved the case while Barrister Mehedi Hasan Chowdhury moved for Anisul Haque.

Anisul Haque is also the chairman of Desh Energy Limited.

The court also asked Anisul to buy the shares of two sponsors Director Nuher Latifh Khan and Shafar Savar with appropriate price.
