DHAKA: State Minister for Labour and Employment Mujibul Haque Chunnu said that the salary and allowances of readymade garment workers would be paid within July 26.

The decision was taken in a meeting with Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA), Bangladesh Garment Manufactures & Exporters Association (BGMEA) and workers’ leaders in city on Tuesday around 12:00pm.

After the meeting the state minister disclosed the matter to journalists.
