DHAKA: All staffs and employees of government, semi-government and autonomous organizations will get their current month’s salary on July 22.

The finance ministry issued a letter to Bangladesh Bank (BB) to take steps to implement the matter.

According to the letter, the BB will issue a notification to concerned scheduled banks to take necessary steps.

BB assistant spokesperson AFM Asaduzzaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The scheduled banks will remain open on July 26 to pay the salary and bonus to the garments workers and pay the export bill.
