A total of 4,407 cattle markets will be set up across the country ahead of Eid-ul-Azha across the country and no one can enter these markets without wearing masks, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.

The minister came up with the information after holding a meeting at the Secretariat on the Eid-ul-Azha and overall law and order situation of industrial zones on Wednesday (June 29).  

Kamal said a total of 4,407 cattle markets will be set up across the country, including 10 at Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) and 12 at Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC). This number may be increased or decreased by one or two.
