Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) increased the price of LPG cylinders at the customer level for the month of July.

As a result, the 12-kg cylinder will be sold at Tk 1, 254 which is Tk 12 higher than the previous rate. 

The new price comes into effect from Sunday (July 3) evening.

On April 12 last year, BERC first hiked the LPG price. Since then the energy regular has been adjusting the prices every month.

Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission, on June 2, fixed the price of 12-kg cylinder at Tk 1, 242 reducing the rate by Tk 93.
