At least six activists were injured in a clash between two factions of the Chhatra League League (BCL) at Chattogram College in Chattogram on Tuesday (Sep 20).

The injured were identified as Safayet Hossain Raju (Mathematics 4th year), Hamim Rafsan (HSC 2nd year), Jahedul Abhi (History of Islam 2nd year), Wahidul Rahman Sujan (Bachelor 3rd year), Alif Javed (History 1st year), Ziauddin Arman (Sociology Masters), Naeem Asif (History Masters) and Mohammad Monir (History Fourth Year)

The clash took place between the group president and general secretary of Chattogram College branch Chhatra League.

Chattogram College Chhatra League General Secretary Subhash Mallik Sabuj told Banglanews that several of our activists and leaders were injured in this incident. "I know how to subdue enemies".

Chattogram College Chhatra League President Mahmudul Karim told Banglanews that outsiders led by the general secretary attacked and injured our leaders and workers without any reason.
