Department of Career & Professional Development Services (CPDS) of SEU in collaboration with UNDP's Futurenation, organized a Soft Skills development program's inauguration titled “Employability Master class & Scholarship Awarding Ceremony”. The program was held on 11 December 2024 at SEU Multipurpose Hall, Tejgaon, Dhaka.

Prof. Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of SEU graced the program as Chief Guest while Prof. M. Mofazzal Hossain, PhD, Pro Vice Chancellor of SEU was the Special Guest. Mr. Mohammad Namuddoza, Director, CPDS delivered the welcome speech. Mr. Debashish Roy, Private Sector Specialist & National Project Manager, Futurenation, UNDP also spoke.

Mr. Rifaqat Rasheed, Head of Talent Management & Governance (P & O), Grameenphone conducted the career session. Later, Futurenation awarded 915 scholarships on British Council Course and 200 scholarships on Tech Courses to SEU students. Among others, the Registrar, Additional Registrar, Chairman of CSE & EEE department, Secretary, BoT, Director, CML and officials were also present during the program.

The Department of Career and Professional Development Services (CPDS) of Southeast University in collaboration with UNDP's FutureNation organized the inaugural soft skills development program titled “Employability Master Class and Scholarship Awarding Ceremony”. The event was held on 11 December 2024 at Southeast University Multipurpose Hall, Tejgaon, Dhaka.

Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Southeast University Prof. Yusuf Mahbubul Islam inaugurated the program as the chief guest. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. was present as a special guest in the event. M. Mofazzal Hossain. CPDS Director Mohammad Najmuddoza delivered the welcome speech. Debashish Roy, Private Sector Specialist and National Project Manager of FutureNation UNDP also spoke.

Head of Talent Management and Governance (P&O) Department of Grameenphone Mr. Rifaqat Rashid conducted the career session. Later, FutureNation awarded 915 scholarships for British Council courses and 200 scholarships for Tech courses among South East University students. Besides, Registrar, Additional Registrar, Chairman of CSE and EEE Department, Secretary of Board of Trustees, Director of CML and other officials were present on the occasion.
