The interim government announced today (Oct 31) that candidates will now be allowed to attempt the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination up to four times, revising the earlier limit of three attempts.
The decision was made during a meeting of the Advisory Council held at the office of the Chief Adviser, Prof. Muhammad Yunus, who chaired the session, according to a press release from the chief adviser’s press wing.
The expanded opportunity aims to support a greater number of candidates in their pursuit of government service roles amid growing competition and demand.
