The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed a lawsuit against former Dhaka WASA Managing Director Taqsem Ahmed Khan, Chairman Md Habibur Rahman, and eight others. 

The case, filed by ACC Deputy Director Syed Nazrul Islam, accuses the officials of creating unauthorised posts within the organization and appointing at least two individuals to these positions in violation of regulations. 

The ACC's action highlights ongoing efforts to combat corruption in public institutions.
