The Chief Adviser’s Press Wing has dismissed a claim that alleged Bangladesh government has banned Hindus from public service jobs.

The Press Wing said this is a completely false claim posted by the Times Algebra’s X handle account.

According to a statement published on its Fact Check Facebook page, the Press Wing clarified, “The claim made in this X post is entirely false.”

The statement emphasized that the Bangladesh government does not discriminate against any citizen based on religion. It further refuted the quoted statement attributed to the Adviser on Home Affairs in the post, labeling it as fabricated.
